Malaysia International Fashion Week 2009

The Malaysia International Fashion Week ’09 kicks off this week in Kuala Lampur, featuring over 70 fashion designers presenting their collections. The week features an Islamic Fashion Festival, with the theme “Beauty of Modesty”, presented by 18 designers across Asia. After announcing earlier this year the goal of becoming the center of the Islamic fashion world, Malaysia seems to be well on their way towards that goal. Check out the official site.
